This training will take you from scheduling the first meeting with the provider through to the signing of the service agreement. If you do not know what to say when you meet with the provider, or the steps you need to take, or what documents you need to created and signed, then this training will explain all you need to know to get a completed service agreement in your hands.
This is what is included:
  • Two hour presentation on what to say to the provider at your first meeting and what you need to do to prepare for your second meeting. We will cover what documents you need for the second meeting and how to prepare them. Time for questions is included.
  • ​​Recordings of all the live trainings.

  • The CAF -Clinic Assessment Form, questions you will ask the provider to understand where the practice is and what it needs.

A promise is made  to the provider that your company with abide by HIPAA guidelines.

The CAF-Clinic Assessment Form

This is a questionnaire you use to help determine the providers pain points. The result of this survey will provide an accounting on how you can improve their business, as well as give them insight into what services are needed.

Confidentiality Agreement

To be sure the providers are comfortable, you could hand them a signed agreement that assures them their information is safe with you when they first meet with you to discuss their business in detail.

When you outsource your practice revenue management, it's important that any savings are demonstrated.  

The Proposal Template

 This is an outline that you will use to communicate your business plan. You offer services to the provider that will solve their pain points. They can easily see how they will benefit from your services and from working with you.

The Service Agreement Template
 
It is an agreement that outlines the services and prices you'll provide as well as yours and the provider's responsibilities. It's crucial for both parties to sign off on this document before any work begins.
